The Eiber Neighborhood Plan was adopted as an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by City Council in October 2001. The focus of the Eiber Neighborhood Plan is on maintaining its low-density, single-family residential character, improving the appearance and condition of apartments in the area, and mitigating the impacts of the 13th Avenue West Corridor light rail line.
