Neighborhood Resource Guide
The City of Lakewood Neighborhood Resource Directory was created to give you access to City Hall and to provide you with essential community information. The directory outlines programs and services available through the City of Lakewood, Jefferson County, and from other local and national organizations.
It is our hope that the information and opportunities presented in this directory will encourage you to become an active participant in government and civic life. Whether you enjoy spending time in one of Lakewood’s 100 parks and recreation facilities, take in a play at the Lakewood Cultural Center theater, dance to a live music concert at Lakewood’s Heritage Center, volunteer at the Lloyd G. Clements Community Center, or spend time strolling through the Belmar District, your presence and participation in the community gives you the opportunity to create the change that you seek in the world, while fostering strong and lasting relationships.
If you are new to Lakewood, we welcome you to our community. If you are a long-time resident, we hope that as you look through the directory, you feel a sense of pride and ownership in the programs and services you have helped form.
