Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive Sealed Bids for Bid No. 4098 for: 40 WEST ARTS DISTRICT STREETSCAPE ENHANCEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATIONS
Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, MT on January 23, 2017 at the Finance Department Front Desk, Civic Center South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Finance Conference Room, 1st Floor, Civic Center South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
Bids received after the above specified date and time of bid opening and Bids not prepared and filed in accordance with the "Instruction to Bidders" may be rejected.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Supply and delivery only of lighting, trash receptacles, benches and information kiosk as specified in Bid document. Request for approval of alternate products identically comparable to products specified in the Bid must be received in writing to Mary O’Halloran, Contract Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org before 5:00 PM, M.T., on January 13, 2017. An Addendum will be issued, if necessary, to include all vendor questions and City responses and posted on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at: http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado
