Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive Sealed Bids for BID No. 3615 for: 
Construction of COLFAX/LAMAR, COLFAX/HARLAN AND 14TH/HARLAN TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATIONS  until 10:00 A.M. on September 9, 2014 at the Finance Department Front Desk, Civic Center South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Finance Conference Room, 1st Floor, Civic Center South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.

Invitation to Bid
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive Sealed Bids for BID No. 3718 for:
BEAR CREEK LAKE PARK 2014 TRAIL REPAIR IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATIONS. 
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will remove and replace approximately 4,200 lineal feet of ten foot wide, four inches thick concrete bike path within Bear Creek Lake Park. The new path will be six inches in depth. The successful bidder will provide all material labor and equipment to remove and dispose of existing material, prepare subgrade, form, place and finish new path, provide storm water management and traffic control, and restore areas affected by the project. 
Project is to be completed within Seventy Five (75) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
A pre-bid meeting will be held onsite to review and discuss the project on August 14, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. onsite at the Bear Creek Lake Park Visitor Center located at 14620 West Morrison Road, Lakewood, CO 80227. 
Bids will be received at the Finance Department Front Desk, 480 S. Allison Parkway, 1st  Floor, Civic Center South Building, Lakewood, CO 80226 until 10:00 A.M., M.T. (our clock) on August 26, 2014. Bids will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of Bid Opening.   Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Information to Bidders will be rejected.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive sealed proposals for RFP# 3709 for:
CAR WASH SYSTEM LEASE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATIONS. THIS LEASE WILL INCLUDE ONE BRUSHLESS SYSTEM, SOAP, CHEMICALS AND MAINTENANCE.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF CITY OF LAKEWOOD
2013 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) 
AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
The City of Lakewood has prepared a performance report, which evaluates overall progress in addressing priorities and specific objectives identified in the Consolidated Plan and One Year Action Plan for the 2013 Program Year. The report summarizes CDBG and HOME project accomplishments and provides a financial summary of the 2013 CDBG and HOME programs. The City invites public review of this document beginning August 14 – August 29, 2014. The Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in accordance with program regulations. Noticia al publico de la Ciudad de Lakewood sobre el Plan de Desarrollo Comunitario "Block Grant" (CDBG) de 2013 y EL programa de (HOME) Informe de Evaluación de rendimiento anual consolidado
La ciudad de Lakewood ha preparado un documento de rendimiento el cual evalúa el progreso general del cumplimiento de las prioridades y objectivos específicos identificados en el Plan Consolidado y el Plan de Acción Annual para el 2013. Este documento resume las realizaciones de los proyectos de CDBG y HOME y contiene un resumen financiero de los programas de CDBG y HOME de 2013. La Ciudad invita al público en general a revisar éste documento comenzando el  14 de agosto y hasta el 29 de agosto de 2014. El rendimiento Anual Consolidado y Reporte de Evaluation (CAPER) es presentado por el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano (HUD) de acuerdo con las regulaciones de el programa.Las personas interesadas en revisar el documento deben contactar a Amy DeKnikker, la administradora de los programas de CDBG y HOME,Planning Department, 480 South Allison Parkway, City of Lakewood, CO  80226, teléfono 303-987-7500, TDD 303-987-7057.
