Inclusion and Sign Language Interpreter Services

R.I.S.E. provides inclusion assistance and reasonable accommodations for Lakewood Recreation programs. This includes direct support for participants with disabilities and sign language interpreter services. We request at least 72 hours notice. These services are included in the cost of registration.

Summer Day Programs

Camp Paha and
Paha Adults in Transition (PAT)

Camp Paha is a six-week summer day program for youth ages 6 to 17. Campers participate in arts and crafts, games, water play and field trips.

PAT is a six-week summer day program for young adults ages 18 to 25. PAT focuses on skill-building and independence in a fun and approachable way.

Get Involved

Friends of Paha, a nonprofit organization (not a City of Lakewood entity), helps support our summer day programs. Without this support, tuition and fees would more than double, making these programs too expensive for some. Please consider supporting Friends of Paha in their noble mission.

Volunteer, intern or work with us! R.I.S.E. offers many opportunities, both seasonal and year-round, for talented and dedicated individuals to support its programs and services.
