CITY OF LAKEWOOD SEWER UTILITY RATES:

$1.89 per 1, 000 gallons
$7.20 bi-monthly service charge

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES:

1. Delinquent Billing Fee: 5% per month on the past due balance not to exceed $15 per month.

2. Returned Checks Fee: $18.00 per check

3. Returned ACH Direct Payment Fee: $18.00 per ACH

4. Department Furnished Materials, Equipment, and Labor Fee: Labor, equipment, and materials at cost

5. Discharge from Swimming Pool: Existing sewer rates

6. Transfer Fee: $10.00

7. Lien Fee: $10.00 plus collection charges

8. Penalty for Unauthorized Connection: Ten percent of Lakewood tap fee
