Set Up/Take Down & Cleaning

Chairs & tables are included for free during rentals.

*Set Up & Take Down: $50/event

*Cleaning after event: $100/event

Otherwise, set up, take down, and cleaning is the responsibility of the renter.

Available Equipment

The City of Lakewood allows alcohol to be served at any event as long as the following criteria is met:

*No one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume or serve alcohol.
*Alcoholic beverages are restricted to wine, beer & champagne.
*All alcoholic consumption must end by 1am.
*Alcohol sales are prohibited.

A mandatory $500.00 deposit is required.

Alcohol permit – Based on group size

Group size under 50:
3 hrs - $50 / 4 hrs - $75 / 5 hrs - $100 / 6 hrs - $125 Group size over 50:
3 hrs - $100 / 4 hrs - $150 / 5 hrs - $200 / 6 hrs - $250

Hours of Operation:
Staff Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
After Hours: 8pm - 1:30am (Monday - Sunday)
