*Cleaning after event: $100/event
Otherwise, set up, take
down, and cleaning is the responsibility of the renter.

Events with
Alcohol
The City of Lakewood allows alcohol to
be served at any event as long as the following criteria
is met:
*No one under the age
of 21 is allowed to consume or serve alcohol.
*Alcoholic beverages are restricted to wine, beer &
champagne.
*All alcoholic consumption must end by 1am.
*Alcohol sales are prohibited.
A mandatory $500.00
deposit is required.
Alcohol permit – Based on group size
Group size under 50:
3 hrs - $50 / 4 hrs - $75 / 5 hrs - $100 / 6 hrs - $125
Group size over 50:
3 hrs - $100 / 4 hrs - $150 / 5 hrs - $200 / 6 hrs - $250
