Registration Options

· On-line click here and follow the instructions

· Mail-in: mail completed registration form (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader) and check or money order (payable to the City of Lakewood) to : Clements Communtiy Center, 1580 Yarrow Street, Lakewood, CO 80214. (Checks returned because of insufficient funds will be assessed a $20 processing fee.)

· Phone-in (must use credit card only) 303-987-4820.

· For hearing disabled call our TTY line at 303-987-4840.

· Walk-in to Clements Community Center located at 1580 Yarrow Street between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For all classes if a cancellation is necessary it must be made three business days prior to the first day of class. For all Outdoor Recreation trips (hiking, skiing, camping) if a cancellation is necessary, it must be made three business days prior to the trip.

No refund or credit will be honored for day trips and/or extended travel after tickets, lodging, and restaurant reservations have been secured unless the space can be filled. No refund includes "no show." Credits must be used within one year of the date that it was issued. Refunds are subject to a $4 service charge.

If the Clements Center cancels any activity or class, a full refund or credit will be given.

All refunds will be issued by check from the City of Lakewood Finance Department. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for receipt of your refund.
