Yearly Re-Registration is underway. Please submit the online Re-Registration Form or mail the paper Re-Registration Form to the address listed below by February 15, 2017.

Neighborhood organization re-registration occurs annually in January. If a neighborhood organization would like to change any pertinent information prior to the annual re-registration, the Change of Information Form can be used.
The City of Lakewood encourages neighborhood organizations to take an
active role in setting directions for their neighborhoods. Through registered
neighborhood organizations citizens have opportunities to become involved in
local government and strengthen their community.
