can I make a police report by telephone?
The
Telephone Reporting Unit (TRU) is on duty 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday
through Friday. The unit's clerks take telephone reports from citizens
concerning non-emergency situations such as criminal mischief, criminal
trespass and harassment where the suspect is unknown or doesn’t

How
can a hearing-impaired person contact the department?
All
desks in the communication center are equipped with TDDs (Telecommunications
Devices for the Deaf) for telephone communications with the hearing-impaired
community. To use this service in an emergency, call 911. In a non-emergency,
call (303) 987-7111.
