General Information:

The City of Lakewood provides sewer service to an area in the north part of the City, click for a map. Several special districts serve the balance of the City, click here for a map of sewer utilities or click here for district listing. If you are not sure which district serves your property, call 303-987-7900.

A Sewer Availability Certificate must be completed for all new buildings in the City. The certificate is available on-line or Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from the Building Permits Counter at:
