The Crimes Against Property Section investigates crimes such as car break-ins, thefts, burglary, pawn violations, drugs and all economic crimes. 


The Crime Analysis Unit analyzes crime rates and trends.

The Special Investigations Unit focuses on liquor enforcement, organized crime, prostitution and domestic terrorism.


Some members of this section are assigned to the West Metro Drug Task Force and the Metropolitan Auto Theft Task Force.
