The idea is simple – it’s a neighborhood where residents have easy, convenient access by foot or bicycle to places and services they use daily. This includes local markets, neighborhood-serving businesses, restaurants, schools and parks within a half-mile or 20-minute walking distance, utilizing the Sheridan transit station area as a hub.
