A minimum of five business days is required to process record requests. Requests must be picked up within 30 days or they will be destroyed and a new request and payment will be necessary. Record requests forms may be turned in to the Violations Bureau counter or faxed to 303-987-7447. This form is a public record and will be retained for one year.
Record requests fees:
- $6 per case
- $2 per certified page
- $25 per CD (provided by the customer)
- $30 per CD (provided by the Court)
- $300 court transcript deposit (A minimum of 30 days is required to process court transcripts.)
