Are you signing up for BODYPUMP?

BODYPUMP classes are offered at Carmody Recreation Center with a fee of $8/class or $60 for a 10-class pass.

Aqua Fitness

Aqua fitness is a low-impact and highly beneficial exercise option. The city offers a variety of classes, including SilverSneakers Splash and GlideFit.

General Admission Fitness Classes

General admission classes are included in the cost of recreation center admission and facility passes.

Nutrition Services

Get your health on track by scheduling time with a certified nutritionist.

Outdoor Fitness

The city offers five outdoor fitness locations at Carmody and Green Mountain Recreation Centers, Carmody Park, Addenbrooke Park and Lasley Park.
