March 19, 2007:
Mayor Steve Burkholder will record his second annual "State of the City" address in the studio of KLTV8, the City's government-access channel. The mayor's speech will be broadcast to residents at 11 a.m. on March 21 on KLTV8 and will be re-broadcast several times during the following month.

Additionally, the text of the mayor's message will be available online beginning the afternoon of March 21.

The mayor will chart the stability of the City's services, review his eight years as mayor and outline a bold agenda for the City to pursue.
