Proposed Change to Liquor Ordinance

The City Clerk's Office has requested the Lakewood City Council adopt ordinances whereby a qualified hearing officer would replace the 7-member resident Liquor Licensing Authority. It is our intent to hire a hearing officer based on his/her legal expertise, experience, and knowledge of local and state liquor codes.

As additional information, please note that there are no proposals to change current regulations or fees.
