7th Annual 2009 Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge Presentation of the Winning Development Proposals from DU and CU for the Solterra Centre Property.
The Planning Commission’s presentation will consist of the final feasibility assessment and development plan recommendations that the University of Denver and the University of Colorado real estate programs proposed for 194 acres of undeveloped land near the intersection of C-470 and Alameda Parkway. |

Amending Article 16: Nonconforming Uses Regarding Property Acquired for a Public Use.
Discussion for the Planning Commission to amend the current regulations regarding nonconforming structures and lots as a result of public acquisition or public improvements. The City is proposing amendments at this time due to acquisitions by RTD along the light rail line.
