Colorado Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is providing notice that it intends to apply for funding from the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency to capitalize the Colorado Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund. If awarded, these funds will be used to fund environmental cleanup activities at brownfields properties around the state. OF LAKEWOOD'S BROWNFIELDS SUPPORT PROGRAM

Environmental Assessment Support Program can help you fund environmental
investigation costs. The program can help you obtain the professional
assistance necessary to identify potential concerns and overcome environmental

necessary to obtain a regulatory "No Further Action" determination
from the State of Colorado.

investigation activities (Phase I and Phase II) are eligible.

eligible.

City of Lakewood has pre-negotiated rates with a select group of environmental
specialists.

limits.
