TODAY's AIR FORCE
A 30-minute monthly newscast featuring stories from around Air Force Space Command. See how members of the Air Force Space Command defend the United States through the control and exploitation of space. Mondays at 2:00pm and Saturdays at 11:00am.

Fit for Duty
Fit for Duty takes viewers through a high-energy 30-minute workout led by service members with expertise in fitness training. The show makes it simple to follow along and complete exercises demonstrated by the instructors. A military sports medicine physician also offers tips for preventing injuries and avoiding career-ending accidents during each episode of the show. Mondays at 6:30am and Thursdays at 7:30am.

TREE HOUSE TALES
This program takes children on a journey through their imagination. Join us for story time as we read some popular children's books. Wednesdays at 11:00am and Saturdays at 8:00am.

About Health
You can learn about the latest breakthroughs in health and medicine. On this 30-minute award-winning talk show, medical reporter Jeanne Blake interviews leading physicians and researchers, and patients who tell their true stories. Tuesdays at 12:30pm and Fridays at 8:30am.

The MISSE project or Materials International Space Station Experiment is a breakthrough program that allows long term experiments in outer space. Mondays at 3:30pm and Fridays at 5:00pm.

Real People, Real Recovery: Effectively Delivering Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care
In 2006, an estimated 22.6 million persons aged 12 or older were classified with substance dependence or abuse in the past year. Of these, only 4 million received some kind of treatment for a problem related to the use of alcohol or illicit drugs. Luckily, a host of services exists for those who need them. From 12-step programs to inpatient and out-patient treatment and from recovery-oriented housing to sober recreational activities like those celebrated each September during Recovery Month, there is an entire network of treatment and support services available for those dealing with substance abuse and mental health disorders. This program will examine some of these services and explore ways to increase awareness and better deliver these services to those who need them. Sundays at 11:30 am & Fridays at 4:30 pm.

Denver, the “mile high city,” faces the prospect of becoming too many miles wide.  A steady influx of people challenges the community to grow in sensible, sustainable ways. A key factor determining the shape of any city is its transportation system and the effect of that system on the use of adjacent land.  As an energy producing state, Colorado is keenly aware of the need for efficiency, conservation, and sustainability in energy use and production.  Denver-area citizens demonstrated that awareness in 2004 when they approved funding of FasTracks, a new public transit system with a price tag of $4.7 billion. Mondays & Thursdays at 4:00pm, and Wednesdays & Saturdays at 9:00am.
