Lace up your shoes and join us for a fall run in Bear Creek Lake Park! Lakewood’s popular Trail Running series returns in September, with a race each Wednesday of the month. All races start and end at the Pelican Point picnic area at 6 p.m. and vary in distance from four to seven miles. Participate in all four races and get a free t-shirt for $60 (increases to $65 after Sept. 1), or choose just a single race for $25 (race shirt not included). The park entrance fee is included in the cost of the race and pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Race day registration will be held at the gatehouse to Bear Creek Lake Park.
