An alcohol beverage tastings permit allows a retail liquor store or liquor-licensed drugstore to conduct sample tastings of alcoholic beverages within their establishment.

Step 1.Contact the City Clerk's Office for the application.

Step 2.Complete the application.

Step 3.Save and print the application.

Step 4.Submit the application, supporting documents, and check to the City Clerk's Office.

Your check should be made to the City of Lakewood in the amount of $100.
