Gifts and Honoraria
Open disclosure law in Colorado imposes reporting requirements on every incumbent in or candidate elected to public office who receives particular gifts, honoraria, and other benefits, as defined in CRS § 24-6-203 (2), on or before Jan. 15, April 15, July 15, and Oct. 15 of each year, a report covering the period since the last report.

Contributions and Expenditures
All committees must report all contributions received and all expenditures made as defined in Lakewood Municipal Code Title 2, Chapter 2.54, titled Campaign and Political Finance in Municipal Elections.
The City Clerk shall impose a penalty for each day a report is filed late per Chapter 2.54.050 (C) Campaign and Political Finance in Municipal Elections of the Lakewood Municipal Code and Rule #13 of the City Clerk Rules and Regulations.

Limited Liability Company Contribution (LLC)
The in Lakewood Municipal Code Title 2, Chapter 2.54.030, Section G, titled Limited Liability Companies, governs the types of contributions that can be accepted from Limited Liability Companies and how such donations are required to be reported.
