Let's Go Camping

For first-time campers.

Never been camping? No sweat! Learn the basics at this overnight event for first-time campers at Bear Creek Lake Park. We'll provide outdoor activities, dinner and breakfast. Limited gear is available to borrow. 

Registration is required. Cost is $5 per person; children 3 and under free. Registration will open closer to the event.

Schedule and activities

June 7-8.
- Check-in is at 3 p.m. Activities start at 5 p.m.
- Check-out is at 2 p.m. the following day.

Activities include:

• Archery
• Fishing
• Live animal program
• Campfire and s'mores
• Giveaways
• Guided hike
