Summer Registration

Registration for summer programming opens on Apr. 8 at noon for residents and Apr. 10 at noon for nonresidents.

Financial Assistance

Available for residents via the Lakewood Possibilities Fund.

Youth Programs and Activities

Classes and activities for kids age 0-12, including swimming and sports, art and dance, camps and outdoor programs.

Climbing

The climbing wall at the Lakewood Link Recreation Center offers 2,000 sq. ft. of bouldering, lead and top-rope climbing.

Teen Programs and Activities

Classes and activities for teens, like sport leagues, CPR training, camp counseling and more.

Adult Programs and Activities

Learn a new skill or pick up a new hobby with a variety of arts, dance and recreation opportunities for adults, including classes and leagues.

Active Adult Programs and Activities

Classes, trips, drop-in and free activities for ages 55 and better.

Camps

The City of Lakewood offers a variety of camp activities throughout the year.

Family Services

School Programs

Therapeutic Recreation

Everyone, regardless of ability, deserves choices for health, leisure, recreation and wellness to enhance quality of life. That's where the city's therapeutic recreation programs come in.
