Strength Training Classes

A strength training BodyPump class takes place.

Strength training classes not only help you build and maintain muscle — they assist with balance, endurance and overall physical health. There are general admission classes and specialty class passes.

Specialty Pass now includes all Les Mills, Barre, Glide Fit, and Weekend Flow Yoga. All classes, specialty or general, require online registration or registering through a recreation center representative. Registration is setup for two weeks at a time.

You must pre-register for all classes.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP  is one of the fastest ways you'll get in shape. You'll challenge all major muscle groups as you squat, press, lift and curl. Enjoy great music, energy and new choreography every season.

HOW IT WORKS 

  1. Purchase a pass online or pay as you go.
  2. Register for the classes you want to attend.

Les Mills Core

This class is an intense 30 minute core-training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection. Using mostly body weight, it challenges balance, coordination and functional strength.
