Charles Whitlock Recreation Center Rentals
The Charles E. Whitlock Recreation Center has great spaces to rent for a variety of athletic activities. Rental options include two wooden courts, one all purpose court, and a large aerobics room.
Please note that the Charles E. Whitlock Recreation Center is unable to host birthday parties due to lack of designated space. If you are interested in hosting a birthday party at a Lakewood Recreation Center, please inquire with the Lakewood Link Recreation Center or call 303-987-5400.

Alcohol is prohibited.
Set Up/Take Down
It is the responsibility of the renter and is included in the hours of the rental. Facility does not have tables and chairs available. Renter is responsible for cleaning and trash removal after a rental period.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for rentals ending earlier than stated on the reservation agreement. Refund checks will be mailed to the individual who signed the contract within 10 to 14 business days after the event and/or when all conditions are met: non damage to facility, surrounding areas and/or parking lot, all cleaning, trash removal, externally rented equipment removal, and not exceeding rental time allotments. All refunds and room rental deposits will be made in the form of a check issued by the city of Lakewood. Two weeks notice is required on all rentals.
