Learn about local resources and services at this free Active Adult Resource Fair. Vendors will be attending to share resources for ages 55+. This event is open to older adults, caregivers and family members. (This event was formerly known as the Older Adult Wellness Fair.)

Demo Schedule

9-9:20 a.m.: Yoga Stretch

9:30-9:50 a.m.: Tai Chi

10-10:20 a.m.: Zumba Gold

10:30-10:50 a.m.: CIRLC Mobility

11-11:20 a.m.: Drums

11:30-11:50 a.m.: Yoga Stretch
