Belmar 
Belmar Colorado is an open-air shopping district in Lakewood featuring more than 80 shops and restaurants, galleries, gift shops, doctors, spas, a movie theater and is home to Paul Mitchell School and Colorado Media School.  It has a beautiful outdoor plaza area which hosts a summer concert series and winter ice skating rink. This 100-acre redevelopment site replaces the former Villa Italia Mall on the southeast corner of West Alameda Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. Belmar values tenant diversity and has a high representation of locally owned and operated shops.

Colorado Mills
Colorado Mills is a 1.2 million square foot indoor shopping center featuring popular and fashion forward tenants.  It is conveniently located off the I-70 West & Sixth Avenue corridor and is just 7 miles west of Downtown Denver.  It is Denver's only indoor outlet mall boasting the largest variety of 150 stores.  It has numerous entertainment options including United Artist Theatres and IMAX, Jumpstreet, a bounce place and arcade, and a newly welcomed play area sponsored by the Denver Museum of Nature and Science called the Mars Outpost. Colorado Mills is located on Lakewood's western border, at the edge of the foothills. Next door is the new Promenade at Denver West with additional retailers and restaurants. 

Denver West Village
Denver West Village is conveniently located near Colorado Mills and offers unique architectural features that add to the broad appeal of more than 25 stores, eateries and a movie theater. 

Lakewood City Commons
Lakewood City Commons is a 45-acre site west of Belmar with retail and restaurants. 

Westland Town Center

The Westland Town Center is a 12-acre site located along the West Colfax corridor near Simms Avenue. It is anchored by FirstBank and Lowe’s.

Colfax and Wadsworth
The Colfax Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard area is experiencing large amounts of reinvestment and renewal on the northeast and northwest corners. Many new shops have relocated in or near the Creekside and Colfax central developments.
